FAQs

Do I have to sign a contract?

Please note; there are NO contracts. everything is month-to-month meaning you're free to come and go as you please!

How much does the reseller program cost?

Nothing. However, every reseller account must maintain a $50 billable minimum. Depending on which day of the month you join Solution Union this minimum will be prorated. For example, if you sign up on the 15th in a 30-day calendar month, your credit card will be charged $25 and then the full $50 on the 1st of the following month. Once your services exceed $50 you will be billed that value and not the $50 + usage.

Does the Reseller program have any fees?

No. You only need to ensure you have a $50 billable minimum each month.

How does billing work?

We bill you based on your usage at our advertised rates. You bill your clients whatever you like, and collect payment however you wish. They are your clients so you set the payment markup, as well as payment terms!

How do I know how much I've been billed?

Simply login to the partner portal for a realtime product usage breakdown. It will tell you what you are using and what it's costing you. With Solution Union there isn't any guessing.

What if I don't have any Branding?

We've partnered with a number of fantastic designers who can create a beautiful logo/brand for your business. They can create something entirely new, or use your Businesses' existing design cues to create something awesome. No worries, we'll get you there!
