Our partners at Hostway Located at 100 North Riverside
Plaza and 425 W Randolph Street in Boeing International’s
modern skyscraper, the facility is in the heart
of downtown Chicago. With 36 stories and almost
1 million square feet of office space, the building
is home to Boeing International’s world headquarters.
The data center was built out at a cost of over
$200 million dollars and was previously the AT&T
critical data center for the entire midwest.
Hostway's Tier 1 data centers in key locations across
the globe are all built out with N+1 redundancy.
The new data center is Hostway’s 11th, as
well as one of the largest commercially operating
data centers in downtown Chicago. An additional
$10 million has been invested this year to ensure
the data center meets the leading industry standards
for security, network availability, fire suppression
and power capacity.

70 Type II

examination for the period 1 July 2009 through
31 December 2009. We believe this examination
is a strong element in providing our customers
confidence in the controls in place at Solution
Union.
About the SAS
70 Type II Examination:
SAS 70 is an internationally recognized auditing
standard developed by the American Institute
of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). SAS
70 is an acronym for “Statement of Auditing
Standards”.
SAS 70 Type II provides assurance that a service
organization has had its control objectives
and control activities examined by an independent
accounting and auditing firm. The audit report
enables service organizations to demonstrate
that they have adequate controls and safeguards
when they host or process data belonging to
their customers. SAS 70 is not a certificate,
but an opinion on the nature of those controls.
